Blarg. Currently in that stage of “I can’t decide if I love this or loathe this”. I’m sure in about 8 hours I’ll be all like “This is the best thing I could ever make with mine own two hands….” or “What the fuck, I remember blacking out and now this is finished!?” or something along those lines but for the time being it’s still in self-criticism limbo.
I do, however, feel like I’ve leveled up in the colouring abilities. I knocked the colours on this out in a few hours, which for me is like watching a snail approach lightspeed. So there’s that.
Anyway, this is a present for my mum. She likes Chinese things and tea and I’m incapable of subtlety so this was the inevitable result!
WIP is WIP-ey
Present-to-be for the fine old gal that is my mother. She likes Chinese things and tea (and also Chinese tea) so this was the inevitable result. Though, to be honest, she’s ended up looking more and more Mongolian the more I’ve developed this but her birthday is too close for revisions. And I like it as it is. So whatever.
EDIT: I should probably point out that this isn’t meant to be my mother, just a random little Chinese tea trader :)
