Hey guys, sorry I haven’t been posting much lately. I’ve been doing a lot of writing for Overworld and I think I’ve finally gotten it somewhere that I’m pretty happy with. I’ll be throwing myself into full scale development at the start of next month, and I’ll be posting updates and progress shots here so keep your eyes open for those! 

Okay, okay, last of the “boring people standing around model sheets”, I promise! This is Po, the final main cast member of Overworld! He’s small, quiet and generally pretty grouchy. 

Next up, here’s Veetu’s model sheet! 

Of the character’s I’ve posted so far, Veetu has had the least development before now so some parts of his design may be subject to change before the final print is done but for the most part, I’m pretty happy with how his design came together. 

Next up here’s Jean’s model sheet. I’m really happy with how much Jean came together when I sat down to do this; he’s always been a bit fuzzy in my head and tended to change every time I drew him. I feel like I finally got him right here.

So, as of last week Overworld is in full scale production! I booked myself a table at Thought Bubble Comics Festival this year as a deadline and I’m gonna have it online and in print by November! Needless to say, I’m bricking myself looking at the work schedule for the next few months but I’m stupidly excited also. 

Anyway, March is development month so I’ll be posting up model sheets, environment tests, creature and vehicle designs as an when I make them  

Anyway, first up is the plucky hero of our story Elena’s final model sheet.
